I would like to say a big thank you to you all for the great service I received today. I was hoping to leave a great review on your website but unfortunately I was unable to do this and I couldn't find you on facebook or twitter either so I thought I'd send you an email.

Having received the invoice for the work you had carried out on my Saab, I was extremely grateful for the discount on parts and labour. However, on closer inspection you had dealt with the squeaky suspension that we had mentioned but not charged me for this, your guys had also noticed that 2 of my bulbs were not working and replaced them without having to be asked and again no charge was applied. To top it all off you gave it a quick clean and I also received a courtesy car that you arranged at last minute.

I can't explain in words how much it means to deal with a company that values their customers in the same way my family business has valued customers for the past 20 years and so refreshing from a car garage. I have already spread the word to a number of people today. Having mentioned the wonderful service you provided to my brother, he remarked that it is the sort of service you would receive in a top 5 star hotel.

Coles and Blackwell: Excellent reputation (Recommended) *****

Pros: This is a real ‘back street’ garage located at the end of a long country lane. But it does have a big reputation with the locals for doing first class work at rates that are really affordable. As well as doing MOTs and servicing, they also do car bodywork repairs.

I’ve had my car serviced here 3 times now and the level of professionalism throughout must be applauded. You can get a free hire car from them whilst your car is being done. The mechanics cover the seats and floors with protective plastic covers and mats when they drive your vehicle. They call you to confirm when your car is ready for collection. The bill and work is clearly detailed to you, and those little finishing touches – folding the paperwork neatly, putting it in a presentation envelope etc all go towards making the customer feel really special and valued. Never heard anyone say anything bad about this place.


Just a quick note to say thanks for helping us out of a tight spot earlier this week.I rang at 8 o'clock and although you were jam packed with work, you still found time to do a quick repair and as a result my wife managed to get to work on time. It's great to see service like this still exists and thankyou once again. K.F.


 Thanks! Once again I am very much in your debt for all the effort you, You and the team have expended sorting out the shock absorber and alignment problems on the Polo. I know it has been a frustrating learning process for all of us, finding out the intricacies of Volkswagen designs(!) but in all that, I have been most impressed by the willingness to sort it out and by the efficient, calm manner in which things have been conducted.This is only what I have come to expect from years of dealing with you. From the accident damage to the original Polo some 15 years ago through to the most recent engine replacement and many other problems on my daughter's Punto, you and your team have always been unflappable, and most attentive to both the problem and to us the customer. It really is a pleasure to have a company like yours so close.I am also aware that you have "gone the extra mile" in terms of time and other resources with all these repairs.
